  1. The Commissioner’s Vision and what it means for our communities

  2. The current state of Massachusetts prisons and his vision for maintaining security for our communities while also helping inmates learn to become productive working citizens, which in turn would reduce costs for taxpayers.

  3. His mandate to revamp the Massachusetts Department of Correction and the impact this may have on our towns and the roles we can play together.
